The general isolation of the island from the mainland created various species that are different than the ones found in Africa or in Europe. Gran Canaria is a place where you will find variations of wildlife and terrain nowhere else found on the entire planet.

From coastlines filled with lovely yellow sand to incredible mountain environments: that’s Gran Canaria.
